When will my order ship?
Orders are prepared in small batches. Most one-time orders are mailed within 3–5 business days. Monthly club shipping dates will be listed before checkout opens.
Where do you ship?
Chandler Design Co. currently ships within the United States. The $12 Mailbox Club includes U.S. shipping.
Can I cancel the Mailbox Club?
Yes. You may cancel before your next monthly renewal. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund an order already processed.
What if my order arrives damaged or incomplete?
Use the contact form below within 7 days of delivery. Include your order email and a description of the problem so we can help.
Do you accept returns?
Because these are small-batch paper goods, completed orders are generally final sale. Damaged, incorrect, or missing items will be reviewed and made right.
How is my information used?
Information submitted through this website is used to respond to messages and fulfill orders. Payment details will be handled securely by Stripe and are not stored on this website.
